Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course
Join us for an immersive journey into mindfulness and stress reduction at the Dapto Ribbonwood Centre! Over the course of 8 weeks you'll learn practical techniques to cultivate mindfulness and manage stress effectively. This in-person event offers a supportive environment to explore mindfulness practices and connect with like-minded individuals. There will be nine sessions - 8 weekly class on Tuesday 6-8.30 pm between 29 October and 17 December. In addition there will be a full day silent retreat on Saturday December 7 at Kum Ba Yah Lodge, Mt Kiera.
