Come journey around the wonderful SE Asia. Full of vibrant, fresh, exciting flavour and dishes you will cook time and time again.
- Thai Ceviche. Lime cured kingfish salad with mint, chilli and shallot served with lime and coconut dressing.
-Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Kaffir lime.
-Crying tiger char-grilled beef strips with roasted rice, peanut and lime chilli dipping sauce and lettuce wraps.
-Korean Crispy Crab potato patty. Smashed potato, crab meat and coriander cakes deep-fried with panko crumb served with chilli Aioli.
