Are you looking for a way to tap into your inner healing abilities and connect with your intuition? Look no further than Reiki Level 1. This program is designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of experience and provides a powerful foundation for self-healing and personal growth.

Reiki Level 1 is a course that teaches the traditional Mikao Usui Reiki techniques which involve using the hands to channel energy for healing purposes. The focus of this program is on self-healing and developing intuition which can be applied to your own life and shared with others.

One of the unique features of Reiki Level 1 is that no prior experience is needed. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with energy work this program is designed to meet you where you're at and help you grow.

During the group Reiki Level 1 course you'll learn the basics of Reiki including the hand positions and techniques for self-healing. You'll also receive 2 attunements which are energetic initiations that help you connect more deeply with the Reiki energy and your intuition.

Throughout the course you'll learn how to use Reiki in your daily life whether it's for stress relief pain management or emotional healing.
