Die Italo-Kreuzberger OFFENDERS spielen seit Jahren einen grandiosen Sound zwischen OffBeat, Powerpop & Punk. Sie sind 2008 nach Berlin gekommen um von dort aus Europa und die ganze restliche Welt mit ihrem Sound zu erobern. Ihr Beat ist immer voran treibend, das merkt man auch bei ihren Liveshows, da bleibt kein Fuss still und am Ende tropft es von der Decke. So ist das bei THE OFFENDERS, immer!
Im Gepäck haben sie ihr aktuelles Album: Mit ORTHODOXY OF NEW RADICALISM machen THE OFFENDERS da weiter, wo sie mit dem Vorgängeralbum CLASS OF NATIONS aufgehört haben: Diesmal mischen sich Folk-Elemente mit Punk-Rock und Combat-Punk-Momente. Es ist vielleicht das „lauteste Album, das wir je aufgenommen haben“, wie die Band selbst sagt. Mittlerweile sind es gleichermaßen Mandoline und Bouzouki, wie die bekannten Combat-Punk-Gitarrenriffs und Ska-Elemente, die den Sound von THE OFFENDERS prägen.
