El Lazareto de Menorca es un lugar histórico que acoge visitas guiadas en la isla de Menorca. Se construyó en 1793 como zona de cuarentena para los marineros que pudieran ser portadores de enfermedades.
Al cabo de unos cien años, se convirtió en un hogar para los miembros del Ministerio de Sanidad y sus familias. Con el tiempo, se renovó y se convirtió en un espacio para eventos, congresos y reuniones.
En 1993, fue declarado Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC): ¡tiene una gran arquitectura y tendrás mucho que aprender!

The Lazareto de Menorca is a historic site that hosts guided tours on Menorca island. It was built in 1793 as a quarantine area for sailors who might be carrying diseases.
After about a hundred years, it became a home for members of the Ministry of Health and their families. Over time, it was renovated and turned into a space for events, congresses, and meetings.
In 1993, it was declared a Cultural Asset of Interest (BIC) – it's got great architecture and you'll have plenty to learn!
