Un inconformista en la historia del diseño español, el estilo innovador de Corazón revolucionó las instituciones y empresas españolas.
Entre sus prestigiosos diseños de marca figuran los de la Once, Cercanías (Renfe), Paradores y la Junta de Andalucía. Como fundador y presidente de la Asociación Española de Diseñadores Profesionales, Corazón dejó una huella indeleble en el panorama del diseño.
Miembro de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes, su trabajo ayudó a establecer el diseño como disciplina en la institución. Saborea la aclamación internacional explorando sus contribuciones a la Bienal de Venecia de 1976 junto a Tàpies y el Equipo Crónica.
