Ministère A.M.E.R – Stomy Bugsy, Passi et DJ Ghetch – émerge dans les 90s avec une musique engagée et devient un des pionniers du rap conscient en France.En 1992, le groupe sort « Pourquoi Tant de Haine », dénonçant la police et l’État, puis « 95200 » en 1994, cristallisant leur place dans l’histoire du rap français.En 2024, à l’occasion du 30e anniversaire de l’album « 95200 », Ministère A.M.E.R annonce une tournée spéciale à l’automne marquant le retour sur scène du groupe légendaire.L'événement aura lieu à PALOMA - CLUB.
