Self Care Sundays are designed around tuning your senses into the seasons. Every 12 weeks we offer you the opportunity to lean in to the support offered by Mother Nature. Combining knowledge from Meditation Guide Sally Davis & Massage Therapist Leanne Potts. You will gain a deeper understanding of the best oils crystals and tea’s to use at each time of the year. Plus how to connect into your intuitive self via your meditation. Each event will include an essential oil blend to take home guided meditation and a seasonal herbal tea.

Autumn Self Care Sunday
At this circle we will focus on autumnal energy. Using organic essential oils you will create a beautiful salt blend weaving your intentions into the salts and stirring in the scent of autumn. This creative experience will invite you to experience the scent of oil and touch of the salts. You can take this home and use it in your bath or as a foot / hand rub. Some of the oils we will be working with at the September gathering are Frankincense Rosemary Pine and Neroli to name a few. Each will be stirred into your salts along with your intentions. The ritual is accompanied by a summer forged herbal tea to awaken the sense of taste.

Your guided meditation will be based on the autumn energy and the Sacral Chakra. There will be some beautiful items from nature for you to explore with your sense of touch in a mindfulness practice. Held in a beautiful seafront location in Eastbourne with panoramic views across the sea embrace the scent of summer and use the group dynamics to instil some self-care into your Sunday. The room is located on the first floor which is accessed via a flight of stairs

This workshop is led by award winning meditation guide Sally Davis of Leap Mindfulness. Sally is a fully accredited mindfulness & meditation coach. She leads her events with an open heart and creates a soft fun and informal environment for everyone. Leanne Potts is a qualified Aromatherapy Massage Therapist offering massage with orange oils and acompanying crystals. She works from Wilderness Woods in East Sussex See less
