An invitation to pause breathe and attune yourself to the natural rhythms of nature. 

For many September signifies a return to routine after the summer holidays or the return to structure that can bring a sense of calm and order providing a perfect opportunity for introspection and renewal.

We will start the afternoon with a journaling session to reflect on personal growth and renew your intentions for the rest of the year. We will focus on fostering a deep sense of peace and well-being with a Slow Flow to encourage deep stretching healing and relaxation. Please note the class is open to all levels

After Yoga you will be guided through a Gong Bath experience where the resonant sounds of the gongs will help you release tension and stress creating space for inner peace and clarity as you transition into the new season.

We will finish the day enjoying a delicious Afternoon Tea served in the grounds of the Barnett Hill Hotel as you connect to lovely people share experiences and relax in nature. Weather permitting we will also have time for a peaceful walk around the beautiful gardens of the Hotel

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing 
A yoga mat
A blanket and/or small cushion for the gong bath
An open heart and mind
