A morning of Qigong and some somatic meditation to resource and to connect to our true nature.
Qigong is an ancient method of self healing from the East that combines slow mindful movements breathing and meditation to clear the body and promote wellness.
During this workshop you will learn powerful Qigong techniques to enhance your energy flow improve your overall health and nurture your inner well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner Stephanie will guide you through a series of gentle movements breathwork and meditation exercises helping you tap into your body's innate healing abilities.
