Join me for one day immersive experience with 2 Facilitated Breath Sessions and learn how you can consciously change your chemistry outlook and attitude by changing the depth rhythm and rate of your breathing. This one-day retreat is designed to help you learn Transformational Breath® and receive tips to optimize the power of your breath.

This retreat is perfect for those committed to self-discovery with limited time and for anyone wanting to explore and deepen their practice. Experience a lighter freer and more relaxed body and mind in just one day. No previous breathwork experience is needed.

Transformational Breath ® focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being improving mental and emotional states and spiritual expansion. It helps you let go of unhealthy breathing habits such as shallow breathing gain a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

Suitable For:

During the breath sessions:

Get comfortable on the mat for a guided/facilitated breath journey using connected breathing sound movement and hands on to facilitate the opening of the breath. You will learn this powerful technique while experiencing the combined benefits of these supportive elements.
Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end of each breath session to fully integrate your experience

Mats pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

My Breathing Path- Muge Zorbozan

Muge Zorbozan - My Breathing Path:
Muge is a certified Facilitator and Group Leader in Transformational Breath Foundation, born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1983, is dedicated to supporting personal transformation and fostering holistic wellbeing.

In 2018, she made a life-changing decision to relocate to the UK, where she has since dedicated herself to empowering individuals through breathwork and mindfulness. As the founder of My Breathing Path, Muge is committed to guiding others on their journeys towards self-discovery, healing, and inner harmony.

Muge’s professional journey began with a bachelor's degree in finance from Marmara University, Turkey in 2005. For over a decade, she excelled as a manager in Turkey's leading investment companies. However, her own personal challenges and health issues prompted her to seek alternative paths to healing and self-improvement.

In 2010, during a workshop, Muge was introduced to the power of breathwork. This transformative experience marked a turning point in her life. The profound impact of breathwork, unlike any other technique she had encountered, inspired her to delve deeper into this modality. Recognizing the importance of understanding her own behaviour patterns, such as perfectionism, and their impact on her life, relationships, and well-being, she fully embraced breathwork as a catalyst for personal growth and healing.

Driven by her own healing journey, Muge pursued formal training as a Certified Transformational Breath Practitioner in 2012. Armed with her expertise and deep understanding of the profound connection between breath and personal transformation, she embarked on a mission to support others in their pursuit of holistic well- being.

Since becoming a certified practitioner, Muge has been offering private sessions, workshops, and corporate events in Transformational Breath. She has had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique set of needs and goals. Muge's extensive experience enables her to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore the power of breathwork, cultivate mindfulness, and unlock their full potential.

In addition to her expertise in Transformational Breath, Muge has further qualifications as a Basic DNA Theta Healing Practitioner, Reiki II Certification, and Meditation & Mindfulness.

Beyond her practitioner role, Muge serves as Dr. Judith Kravitz's assistant, playing a vital role in coordinating Transformational Breath events globally.
