This mini-retreat is designed for those who have ever felt too much or not enough to truly belong. Through guided meditation, group processes, and Earth-based practices, you will embark on a journey to uncover and embrace your whole self. Together, we will cultivate anchors that reflect a deep sense of belonging, guiding you on a path of self-awareness and healing. This retreat offers a supportive space to explore and uproot the root causes of disconnection, allowing you to reconnect with ever-unfolding layers of your true self and find your way home.

Hi, I’m Laura! I am a nature lover + yoga & meditation teacher + writer. I have been on the path towards deeper and deeper belonging for most of my life. I’ve delved into healing paths and modalities that have helped me to understand the nuances of belonging, why some of us struggle with it, and how we can step into true belonging.
