The soothing rhythms of sound will further enhance your yoga flow with the optional support of Ashwagandha and Ceremonial Cacao to calm the nervous system bringing clarity of presence and emotional expression through breath.

During this session you'll be immersed in the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls gongs harps and song alongside a gentle yoga flow.
