Somatic Yoga is a transformative method designed to reawaken your mind's control of movement flexibility and overall health. Through a unique blend of slow, subtle movements, gentle breath practices, and relaxation techniques, you'll be encouraged to explore and uncover your body's movement patterns, habitual holding, and areas of contraction.
This exploration serves as a pathway for your body to self-correct and release persistent stress-based patterns that might have built up over time, tapping into your body's innate wisdom and ability to heal itself.
All levels of experience are welcome! All classes prioritize a Trauma-Informed approach, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for everyone.
Nicole Lindauer Mind+Body Integration:
Nicole Lindauer is a Somatic Yoga Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master.
