As a larger person in my late 30s with painful health issues I found yoga and IT CHANGED MY LIFE!

I opened my own yoga company specifically geared towards sharing what I've learned to help those that believe "they can't do yoga" or "they're not flexible enough". I used to think that also - but it's simply not true.

NOTICE: I began this group to specifically hold space for only larger bodies so if you're not in a larger body then this group is not for you. Please hear me - I don't mean 10 pounds over your ideal weight I mean large round body shapes. I certainly teach to any size yogi just not through this specific group. If you'd like to attend other classes please contact me to get on my schedule.

I'm passionate about teaching to larger bodies because I think there are already plenty of teachers in yoga studios that teach to smaller bodies simple as that. I'm not tiny but I am healthy and take no medication for anything... I want to show others how they could achieve the same results through learning how to breathe how to slow their mind and move their bodies differently to achieve a better overall life :-)

Do yoga once a a day to change your life
