Ce spectacle muet met en scène trois voisins de palier coincés sous les toits de Paris : un baba cool, une blonde pulpeuse et un maniaque. Des hurluberlus qui ont une particularité : ils ratent tout, absolument tout... Entre gags à répétition et catastrophes comiques, ces trois antihéros tentent de cohabiter.
